Navigating professional networks (especially for those newer to the tech space) can be challenging, and many times things that “seem” like the correct thing to do don’t always turn out to be so. This talk provides helpful advice on what to do when building (and maintaining!) your professional network, as well as some pitfalls to look out for. Networking isn’t always given its due attention and there are many benefits people can gain when utilizing their network in a strong way.
